I feel like I have tried everything from various forums etc.
We have an MF448dw in our office and a few users (myself included) are having an issue where the printer will only use the multipurpose tray when printing despite printing preferences selected for using tray 1.
Other users have no issues. Please advise - it's driving me nuts. TYIA!
