I have a Canon Color ImageClass MF628CW. The scanner is not working. I received a message on my laptop that scanner is unable to communicate. I called Canon but was informed that the Canon Color ImageClass MF628CW has phone support. Have anyone else experience the same issue? If so, how did you fix it?
