Hey there!
We've got a Canon C5535i at work and whenever i try to scan or copy documents it doesn't work. If I put the documents in the slot as I normally would it doesnt even pull the documents in. The error message is: please put the original documents back in the slot (Bitte die Originale neu auflegen in german)
Would very much appreciate some help,

Thanks for posting! While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon USA does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you. If you don't have a dealer and you're outside the United States, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.
