I have just scanned a document from our Image Runner. The recipient of the scan receives the document as an email with the sender's address being the email assigned to the scanner. How can I change what the recipient sees as the sender? For example, I would like the recipient to see "New York Office" or "Chicago Office" instead of the dummy email the scanner displays. I have asked the copier company we lease the machines through, but they are proving inept.
