Cannon mf644cdw wont print envelopes

I have printmaster 16 and a great laptop connected by wifi to the printer. I can not print an envelope. With the paper set to envelope, trying multi function tray or tray 1. The envelope will print on a regular sheet of paper in tray 1. Out of a half dozen attempts to print on the multi function tray, One printed the image on the envelope as if was mostly shifted off the page and a couple print the envelope in miniature on the envelope. All the rest are blank from either tray. What do I do?
