PIXMA G7020 Printing Crooked Envelopes

Hi All, I have a Cannon G7020 I turned it on and used a pre-existing template to print an envelope with name and address. I've been using the same sized envelopes correctly configured. Out of the blue when I went to print today everything is mis-aligned and cut off.

Again this is the same sized 4x6 envelope and template i've been using. Out of the blue (no settings changed) it started printing like this. 

I online chatted with a rep for 1 hour 15 minutes and still the issue was unresolved. For now it seems to only be these envelopes that are not printing correctly. 

Any Support Would Be Much Appreciated!!
