PIXMA TS3522,windows..discontinued PIXMA print plan, put in regular cartridge..now only prints an information page and test page. Have unplugged and restarted computer,printer, modem. Shows everything online. Canon Print App shows it is inline, as the display window does, but when I cite the printer thru settings it shows it is idle. Error 24. Pressed wrench. And screwdriver to 12, Start once..green light just flashed. Reinstalled driver..printer still idle..ran troubleshooter…nothing..???
