So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon model you're using. While we haven't made a Canon called the MFB41CW, we've made ones with similar model numbers, specifically the Canon imageCLASS MF641Cw. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
