I have tried 3 times to get the cartridge to eject. It goes a miniscule way out to be able to hear a click like it has been ejected. It has not. I push it back the tiny way to hear it click back and then nothing. I have to restart everything by closing the door and letting it process, then open the door again to get to the black ink and try to eject again. I need to get this done and continue with my work!
