If you are unable to perform a fixing assembly cleaning, you can try opening the printer and reseating the toner cartridge. While the toner is out of the printer, you can inspect the cartridge for any packing material and give it a gentle shake to make sure the toner is evenly distributed inside the cartridge. Once the toner has been reseated, you can try cleaning the fixing assembly again.
