I have another problem with this printer. It just started printing two envelopes with the same address while working in word. It has never done this.

I have an MF236n and it says can't perform clean up when I try to clean the fixing assembly. I have a brand new Canon 137 toner and it is so faint & leaves lines. I can copy from the glass.
