Paper jammed on very first print job, I removed the paper, opened all the sections, removed and returned the printer cartridge, unplugged the printer from power and usb, and the light won't stop blinking and I can't print. Help!

If you have already removed the toner and checked the inside for any obstructions and you still receive a paper jam message, it will usually mean there is something wrong with the hardware. In this situation, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check what might be damaged on the hardware and can provide service options.
