I have a canon ir7055,
The mutlipurpose tray is not printing when I send a file to it.
I have registered my settings for paper size and location, it shows multipurpose tray(bypass) paper size 13x19, when I put the paper in the tray the message comes up stating that the tray is not available. I called a technichian and they told me that the bypass tray needed to be reconfirgured? This tray printed the day before fine.
Anyhow, can anyone assist with how to configure the bypass tray in service mode for me, or is there a link.
Thanks for your imput.

The tray will automatically detect the paper when you put it in the machine, however it does not know the exact size of the paper loaded. First make sure you have the guides against the paper when its loaded in the bypass tray, then second, you will need to tell the machine what size and type of paper you are loading. This will prompt you on the display of the copier after the paper is loaded in the bypass tray. make sure you select the correct size and type or it will not work, hope this helps.
