Any way to print a banner on Canon Color Laser printer? Help please!

I have a Canon Imageclass MF624cw. I want to print a banner but it's limited in paper size even if you use manual feed. If I put in a custom size like 8x24 it doesn't work, it gives me a warning message that it won't register the size. Many years ago you could print custom sizes on printers but I'm not having any luck with this printer. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, don't know why they got rid of this feature. You should be able to use the manual print feed for any size you need.

Hi,

Shadowsports provided the right answer.

Are there any Canon printers that will print a banner?

And why did Canon take away this feature, why does Canon care what size I print????? Stupid move on there part
