Just purchased Pixma T150. Wired it to my Macbook Pro to avoid complications of wireless. Sometmes it prints. Other times it won't. Need a step by step guide to using the panel. I believe that will solve the problem. thanks

Thanks for joining the conversation, milleemar!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. To date, Canon USA hasn't made a PIXMA printer with the model number "T150," though we have made a printer with model number TR150. Please let us know if this is what you have or if it's something else.
It would also help up to know which version of macOS is running on your MacBook. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Hi milleemar,
When you attempt to print and no printing occurs, do you get an error message?
If so, what is the exact wording of the error message that you get?
In regards to using the Operation Panel, please use this link to the manual which covers this:
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TR150%20series/EN/UG/ug-165.html

I solved this by reversing the direction of the USB cord (after hours of frustration). I had the dongle end at the printer rather than at the computer. Try reversing the direction you have the cord plugged in.
