Have you executed a head cleaning?

I don't see where there is anyway to do that.  Is head cleaning the same as calibrating?

Hi,

Please do the following steps on your printer to perform a nozzle cleaning:

  1. Make sure that the power is turned on.

  2. Hold down the RESUME/CANCEL button until the POWER lamp flashes once, then release it immediately.

The printer starts cleaning the print head.

The cleaning will be complete when the POWER lamp lights after flashing.

Do not perform any other operations until the printer completes the cleaning of the print head. This takes about 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Check the print head condition.

Once the nozzle cleaning is done, please do the following to print a nozzle check:

  1. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.

  2. Set the paper thickness lever to the right.

  3. Hold down the RESUME/CANCEL button until the POWER lamp flashes twice, then release it immediately.

The nozzle check pattern will be printed.

Do not perform any other operations until the printer completes the printing of the nozzle check pattern.
