Typo in Email Address for Canon Order

I was rushing to check out a camera and my email address had a typo - I used .con instead of .com (sorry, postpartum brain 🥲)

Everything else is right. Will my order be cancelled? I called Canon, and they noted that they tried to fix the email, but the system wouldn't allow the agent to change it since I checked out as a guest.

Hi, Mgcrystal!  We know small typos can sometimes have big consequences and calling our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 was the right thing to do.  If difficulties arise with the order, we recommend checking back in with them for updates and assistance.  They're available Monday through Friday by phone or by chat.

You have to understand that this Forum is made up of fellow users like yourself. The majority of people in here have nothing to do with the Canon company, and can't really help you with your order.

Your best bet is to do what Danny (a Moderator) suggested and contact Canon's sales Department.
