Still waiting on order

So I ordered a camera with usm lens kit and a separate lens on 1/13, and it’s still saying that the order is being processed. Is this normal or is something wrong?

Did you order directly from Canon? Or even if from another authorized reseller, would be best to contact their Sales Department for the best answer.
