Order Cancelled?

Hello,

I made a purchase two days ago (June 11, 2024) and I recently received an email stating that it was cancelled (strange, as my card was still charged for the purchase). I made the mistake of buying without creating a Canon account, and therefore could not receive support for my order. What happens now? Will I be refunded? If I repurchase, how can I prevent this from happening again?

The same thing happened to me but I haven’t gotten a refund and when I call on Saturday it says they’re closed. It’s a lot of money!
