I ordered a printer on May 2, 2023. Canon charged the purchase price to my credit card.
I have not received a receipt or confirmation of purchase or tracking number. I logged into my account. The sale does not show up on my profile.
When I try to check by order number it says I’m not registered at this store. When I try to recreate a profile it says the email is already in use.
Please help! I am stuck in catch 22.
This is a complex issue and one the sales dept and/or web services team will need to resolve.
