My Image Garden will not print

I'm hoping someone can give me some suggestions as to what to do about this problem. I've been using this program with my Canon for about two months now and it has been working fine up until a few days ago. Now, whenever I try to print anything from MIG, I get a seemingly endless busy cursor (I let it run for over an hour one time to check and see if it was just slow). Whatever the problem is doesn't interfere with anything else. My computer doesn't lock up. I can still work; MIG just sits there and spins. The only way to close the program after that is to actually end the process via Task Manager. Every other application on my computer will print to the Canon printer with no issues. After reading through some of the other threads on this forum, I have tired a few things with the following results:

 

The same issue arose when trying to print after booting with Selective Startup as instructed in another thread on this forum. I attempted to print from Safe Mode and it still didn't work, but rather than being forever busy I received an error message "An internal error has occured." I then attempted a completely clean reinstall of everything Canon (uninstalled all programs, cleaned registry, deleted all folders left behind in Program Files and App Data, removed printer driver and package via printui, reinstalled from Canon's website). Still can't print.

 

Any potential solutions would be greatly appreciated!

 

OS: Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)

MIG: Version 3.1.1

While this doesnt really answer your question, have you tried downloading/installing/printing from Easy-PhotoPrint EX instead? I find it significantly better and easier to use. My Image Garden is pretty resource heavy.
