How do I reset the size of the font so that it remains the same all the time

Hello poppigro,

 

Font sizes are controlled by the program that is being used. 

 

If you are printing from the web, you may also experience format and font issues depending on how the page was formatted.

 

To resolve this issue when printing from the web, please check to see if a 'Print' option is available inside or around the article or email you wish to print.  This should properly format the page for printing.

 

If you continue to have difficulties, you may have to copy the text and then paste it into a word processing program to change the font to your desired size.
