Unable to log into Shop.USA.Canon.com

The website isn't recognizing my password; when I click the links to reset it, I'm getting this message:

 

The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator.

 

I called the 800 number, and was quoted a 20 minute wait time.  All I want to do is to alert your webmaster that there's a problem with your website.

 

Is there any other way to contact someone to alert them to this issue?

Try going to canon.us/account instead.
