Canon USA Server is outage ?

Hi all,

I’m located in Virginia and have subscribed to Canon’s ink cartridge plan.

However, my Canon TS6400 is currently unable to connect to the server and won't print documents (it happened at 10:30PM - Eastern Time Zone -5 )

It shows an outage, as seen in the attached picture.

I’d appreciate any advice from the community. Thank you, and best regards.

Hi, Jarko322013!  You caught us at precisely the wrong time.  We were doing some scheduled site maintenance at that moment and some services may have been unavailable during that time.  All of it should be done by now so feel free to give it another try.  If you continue to run into a problem, please let us know!

Hello Danny. Looks like the link to download drivers is broken. I've tried different Canon models but no print drivers for download.

We'll look into that.  In the meantime, try this link, instead.

This link only work for desktop type Canon Inkjets. I was looking for Canon IR ADv5870 Dx print drivers like Ufr2.

Drivers and or software are not present. I did a browser, cache and cookies clear with no avail.

Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

Thanks. Is a shame that the site no longer is able to provide print drivers like it used to 3 days ago.
