Help deleting a kit from registered products

When I visit https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/products I see all the products I've registered, however only some of them have delete icons after clicking on them.  It seems to only affect the first kit I purchased, an individual body or lenses show the delete icon

Greetings ,

By chance, was this item (kit) protected with a CarePak?  If so, the item cannot be deleted until the CarePak expires.  if you've registered an item incorrectly such as registering a kit as individual items, you will need to contact support.  They would also be able to transfer your service contract to the correct product if applicable.  

I suggest giving Canon support a call 

800-652-2666 

I called them yesterday. My call was routed to the correct department and I was on hold for 3 or 4 minutes.  My issue was resolved promptly.  🙂

No CarePak and it showed the "kit" icon on those products while my individual purchases do not show that, so I assume I registered it correctly.

Either way, Cannon Support took care of it.  Not wanting to hold I tried the Chat Support and was instantly connected.  The rep was unsure why the delete icon did not appear for me but was able to remove it.
