Canon CPS product registrations disappeared

All of my registered products have disappeared from their page. do I have to re-enter all of my products again?

Do your registered products still appear in your MyCanon account?  Are they only missing from the CPS portal?  

How old are these products?

the old products were there. the R5, R1 and all the rf lens and accessories.

If your registered products disappeared, first check if you're logged into the correct account. If they’re still missing, avoid re-entering them—some systems may reject duplicates. Instead, contact the support team directly, as this is often a backend issue that can be resolved without manual re-entry.

Hello, I have almost the same issue except it doesn't recognize that I'm even a CPS member currently!  The only thing I get when entering the CPS section is the opportunity to sign up for a new plan and relist all my equipment.  I have been a member for 16 years and my current membership has 3 more months to go.  I cannot find a direct phone# or email to contact the CPS team directly, do you happen to have it?  I'm sure this has something to do with the new myid thing which also doesn't work when my VPN is turned on...so another issue to fix.

I'm in the same boat, I can't even find my CPS account anymore. Mine is still active and due for renewal next month.
