Cannot Remove Product Registration

I registered my camera and kit that I bought a long time ago and unfortunately didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers and chose the wrong lens.  I'm trying to delete the registration to redo it as correct, but cannot see any way to delete.

However, there is no trash can icon for me in any browser I try (Firefox, Chrome, Edge).

Just clarifying - did you select the red pencil icon in upper roght corner of page?

Hello, Ann.

That is odd that there is no trash can. I just looked at mine and they all have the can. But as John mentioned, you still should be able to change your gear with the pencil (edit) tool.

Thank you for the replies!  At least I know it's supposed to be there.

Yes, I tried the red pencil, it just lets me edit the Serial Number and Date of Purchase.

Hi Community!

My first post here. I'm experiencing the same behavior described by AnnLo. I made a mistake registering a recently purchased (03/26/2025) EOS R8 + RF 24-50 Lens, but I cannot find a way to delete them and register correct products. My Account doesn't show me the trash can either in the list for All Products view nor in the individual selection product. What is the best course of actions to follow? Should I call Canon to check on this?

I actually have something of the same issue. Instead of selecting an R6 Mark II, I accidentally chose the R6. I emailed the CUSA_Social@cusa.cannon.com but no response yet.

Hi, CjX!  If you emailed us at the email address exactly as you typed in your message, that might explain why you haven't gotten a response yet.  Our name is spelled with just one N in the middle, so it's CUSA_Social@cusa.canon.com
