Am I eligible for Carepak Plus if my only receipt is my Amazon confirmation email?

Hi,

I am considering whether to buy the Carepak Plus 4-year service plan for $40 for my TR150 printer. Is my Amazon.com confirmation email with the order number a valid proof of purchase, for Carepak Plus eligibility purposes?

I also could print out my Order Details page on Amazon.com as a receipt which says:

Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC

Would that sufficiently prove that I bought it from Amazon itself and not an un-authorized Canon dealer who's just a third-party seller on Amazon?

To be eligible for Carepak Plus, I read you have to have purchased it at an authorized Canon dealer. Amazon.com is listed as an authorized dealer on Canon's site.

Thank you
