Webcam utility for EOS failing to install for windows 10 (official version)

I have downloaded the software but every time I get to the point of "install" and push that button, I then get the question "are you sure you want to cancel EOS Webcam Utility installation?". Either yes or no, I get thrown out of the process.. Any fix for this? I am running windows 10 (64)

Check that your install directory is located on an NTFS disk and not HFS.
