Webcam working in Google Meet and Zoom Preview but not in Zoom meeting

I can use my webcam Utility for any google meet. When I start a Zoom myself, I my webcam utility works fine. When I join zoom meetings other shave created, I can see my webcam image in the preview, but when I enter the meeting, all I get is the Webcam Utility splash screen.

Any thoughts? 

Windows 10 machine with an nVidia graphics card.

If you are using the Zoom app, check to see if it has been updated recently.
