Hello!
I have two EOS Rebel T100 cameras that I use for photography and ocasionally for live streaming. I've been using HDMI to live stream using OBS but I have to refresh the cam every 30 minutes or it will turn off. I heard that I could bypass the 30 mins refresh with EOS Webcam utility. I bought a mini USB cable to give it a try before purchasing the pro. One of the cameras works great with the app but the other one, using the same cable and with the same settings as the first one is not working in the Webcam utility app. I'm using it in a Macbook air [MacOS Sequoia]. The Webcam utility app is up to date both cameras have the same settings and I'm using the same cable on both. Any recommendations or guidance on how to fix this?
*IMPORTANT: I am not connecting both of the cameras at the same time, I connect camera 1 and it works, I disconnect camera 1 and connect camera 2 and it does not work.

Hi Baydrix,
I see you mentioned the settings are the same on both cameras, but there is one setting to double check. If the wifi is enabled on the EOS Rebel T100 that would disable the USB port. Since one of your cameras isn't working with the same USB cable it would be good to double check the wifi.
To check that press the Menu button on the camera that isn't connecting, go to the third yellow wrench tab, and set Wi-Fi to Disable. Once you've done that check to see if the same thing is happening with that camera body.
