So, I've tried many times to install the EOS Webcam Utility on my PC and it will install but the folder has no way to launch it and is full of random files that don't make sense to me. Here is a photo of what I'm seeing. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc various times. I get no error when installing but the folder it installs to just has no launcher of the app itself.

The Canon EOS Webcam Utility is a device driver. There isn’t any app to launch. Simply connect the camera to your PC with a USB data cable, and you should be good to go.
What directions are you following on how to use the EOS Webcam Utility because it is not quite as simple as the description above. You only have make the regular EOS Utility is not starting up and running when you turn on your camera.
