EOS Webcam Utility Administrator Privileges

Hi, I tried to download the EOS webcam utility software but when I try to open it, it says I need permission it says “requires administrator privileges” and I don’t really know where to go on from there…

Is it a PC? Sometimes right-click and select Run as Administrator works.

Also trying to install on a Win 10 machines.  Unable to get past the error.  I am admin, right clicked and ran as administrator, manually started Windows Installer, rebooted the machine, nothing gets past this error.
