I have a verified subscription on my Mac and installed the EOS utility on my Windows laptop, but the subscription "cannot be verified." Does that mean that you can only have the subscription on one computer? I do not see that written anywhere.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues getting an error message when you try to verify your subscription on your second computer. Since this is related to an account we would recommend calling the phone support team to trouble shoot it. They can be reached at 1-800-652-2666 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. For security reasons we do not recommend listing personal or account information on the forums.

I believe the webcam utility pro can only be activated on one device. With a subscription you can use up to five cameras but only on one computer.
If this has changed and you find out differently, please let us know.
