EOS WEBCAM does NOT even show up on the Mac

It is nearly impossible to find a way to have a chat with someone here. There is no help and even when I had found help previously, the person was unable to help me. I have paid for the server for months and the updated EOS WEBCAM does NOT even show up on the Mac. I have tried multiple computers and it just does not show up at all. 

When I need help or have questions that I need answers to immediately, there is no support. I have a lot of canon cameras, however this lack of support is a disrespect to the people who are using the gear and spending far more on lenses and things than any of the other companies provide. 

Your service sucks and you have no respect to the consumer

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with using the EOS Webcam Utility software application. I understand that you have tried using it on different computers. After installation, let's see if you are able to locate the application by navigating to the Canon Utilities folder in Finder.

You may also click on the following link for a step-by-step guide for downloading the software, activating your subscription, and connecting your compatible camera.

The guide has some overall info for Windows but similar steps may be followed for your Apple computer. In case you are still needing assistance with using the EOS Webcam Utility, then you may call our tech support department by phone.
