I've used the Canon Webcam Utility for years with my camera 700D/T5i. I'm outside the US so only using the free webcam utility, not the pro subscription.
My company forced upgraded me to Sequoia 15.4 and ever since I'm only getting the EOS Webcam Utility screen when trying to access my camera stream. I've reinstalled the software, and restarted. I'm not running anything other than OBS and Zoom and neither can detect the stream.
WTF? Any one with ideas?

Greetings jmhanley,
Unfortunately, the EOS Rebel T5i camera is no longer compatible with the EOS Webcam Utility. You may click on the following link to review a list of cameras that are compatible with this software.

Thank you Natalya – your phrasing indicates that T5i was previously supported, but no longer is supported – am I interpreting that correctly?
And if so, I'm curious how this is relevant because I upgraded my OS, not the webcam utility software. Why would something that previously worked suddenly stop working by upgrading the OS?
Thanks for your help.
