i purchased brand new canon 650D, when ever i do video shoot one laser dot coming on the video file,
how to avoid this red dot on my video, it is effecting on my photos also some time,
is it manufacturing problem or camera setting problem ? please help me for the right answer

It sounds like a "hot" or "stuck" pixel. If so, there's a procedure involving the sensor cleaning cycle to get the camera to map around it.

Pretty much all cameras have one or a few stuck pixels. So this isn't really a big deal.
