Why did Canon put the light meter vertically in the viewfinder? It's hard to see in the sun light.

My T5i's audio levels are not even.

My T5i's audio levels are not even. When looking at the meter, one side is registering much louder than the other, even clipping. What can be done about this? 

I have a Rebel XT. Whenever I try to download the photos to my PC(Windows 7) I get 100 folders!!

I have a Rebel XT. Whenever I try to download the photos to my PC(Windows 7) I get 100 folders!! Usually only 2 or 3 of these actually have photos.  It takes a tedious amount of time for all the folders to populate before I can begin moving the photo...
