I've searched far and wide but googles not coming up with much on this error code. Grant it, there are error codes that share the same value as the first set of hexes and the last but none that match this exact error code... Tried troubleshooting with windows but that's about it and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Update: tried reseting the app, didn't work

Did you specifically try trouble shooting the mic? There are reports on the MS Answers forum that running the mic trouble shooter fixed these video issues. Worth a try.
