Video Settings Missing on EOS-1D X Mark III

After updating firmwear many of the setings for video function are missing in my 1DX M111 can some one help please

You should not be seeing the same frame rates for NTSC and PAL.

[EDIT] Make sure the camera is in video mode when you check the video format settings.

Check page 272 of the camera manual and verify the settings you have for recording video, particularly since you reset the camera.

Know that this is an old post..  since the same issue happened to me think this will be useful to someone ...  this happens simply because "Movie digital IS" is enabled in the settings. if you disabled it, you will see the RAW movie option in the camera
