Transfer photos from memory card to PC

I have 90D camera.

Every time after taking photos, I moved out memory card and then insert it into PC to transfer photos from card to PC.

Since I take photos very often, is it a good way to move and insert memory card very often?

It isn't a problem, I have been doing this for years with a variety of cameras and have never had any trouble.

A 90D using a SD card no problem but a camera that uses a CF card be very careful.
