Hello! Was wondering how to do frame grabs on the r6 mark ii?

What exactly do you mean by "frame grabs"? There are a few possible types of frame grabs.

1. Extract a still image from a movie

The camera has no capability to extract a still image from a movie file. You can use Canon DPP software to extract a still from a movie

2. Capture the camera menu screens

You will need to connect the camera to a HDMI capture device to be able to capture the screens. I use this a lot when explaining how camera functions work and where they are found on the menu.
