When I connect my camera (EOS Rebel T5) to the computer through the provided USB cable the autoplay window does not come up, nothing happens so I am unable to move my images from the camera to the computer.

I am having this same problem i have no idea what to do!
i have a macbook air and my pictures arent tranfering to my laptop

Are you using a cable or Wifi?
Your Air should have a card slot, you can always use that.

im using the cable my macbook air doesnt have to put in the memory card or what do you mean?

A little more info is needed so I can try and help. I have a MaxBook Air, macOS Catalina and Rebel T5i, so I know it can work:
1. Are you running macOS Catalina?
2. If so, have you downloaded 15.3 or 15.4?
3. Is the camera recognized at all?
4.What software are you trying to download with?
