I'm trying to connect my 750D to my computer as a webcam and it doesn't read my camera the cable is working but it doesn't show

Make sure that you turn the WiFi off on the camera menu. This camera can only support WiFi or USB, not both at the same time. If the WiFi is on, then the USB and HDMI outputs are disabled.

Hi and welcome to the forum:
If you want to use your camera as a webcam you need to download and install the free Canon Webcam application. The model 750D is not a US model it's known as the Rebel T6I in North America, and you don't say where your are from, but if you download the app it should not be an issue. You can get that, along with the instructions on how to proceed from this link: on the list of cameras, select T6i. You will need an appropriate cable.

The Canon IFC-400PCU is just a common USB A-to-Mini B cable. Try another cable.
