I have a 1300D which I rarely use. I want to find out if I can use it as a Webcam for meeting and for streaming. I couldnt find a USB 2 cable. Hence I tried to connect wirelessly. But the connect to laptop option is not available in settings. Is there any other way to connect to my mac wirelessly. If the answer is no, lets say I buy a cable and connect; but will I be then able to use it as a webcam? TIA.

Greetings,
The T6 is supported, so there is a chance the 1300D will also work. Please try and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for you response. Do you mean try using the cable or there is a way to connect wirelessly?

I think you have to use the cable. It is the standard USB-A to USB-B Mini.
