High speed r6 mark2 problem

H and H+ is grayed out not allowing to set fast shutter speed.

Note:  (red tab 1 -  duel pixel raw is disabled)

Check your shutter mode.  If you have not already downloaded a copy of the full User Guide, then I recommend that you do so.  Use the link below.

Also what batteries and lenses are you using. If you're using adapted EF lenses. Only certain EF lenses support H+ shooting mode on the EOS R series. Canon has the list of supported lenses in the manual. Also LP-E6NH batteries have to be used to allow H+ shooting to work. The use of older LP-E6 or LP-E6N won't allow H+ shooting.

Day 1 /OWNER:  New R6 Mk2 with Canon 100-500 with Canon supplied battery.

Still unsolved - but will download full user guide as suggested by Waddizzle to search further for answer.

I thought I’d already described the problem to you.  Check your shutter mode.
