High speed r6 mark2 problem

H and H+ is grayed out not allowing to set fast shutter speed.Note: (red tab 1 - duel pixel raw is disabled)

Re H & H+ gray out problem. Thanx for your reply.Day 1 /OWNER: New R6 Mk2 with Canon 100-500 with Canon supplied battery.Still unsolved - but will download full user guide as suggested by Waddizzle to search further for answer.
