EOS Utility doesn't see my EOS 750D

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing difficulties connecting my Canon EOS 750 camera to the EOS Utility application on my computer. Despite my efforts, the application is unable to detect the camera, and I'm uncertain about the steps to establish a successful connection.

Could you please provide guidance on how to connect my Canon EOS 750 to the EOS Utility on my computer? I've followed the usual procedures, but the camera is not being recognized by the application.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

How are you trying to connect camera to computer?  The simple, reliable  way is with a USB cable. You should disable WiFi first.  Then when you connect camera and computer the camera should mount as a drive. This is BEFORE you worry about EOS Utility. If it doesn't mount on the computer, you need to solve that problem. Try other USB cables and other USB ports on computer.

Only after getting them connected should you try EOS Utility.

EOS 750D can only connect to the Camera Connect mobile app camera connect using WiFi.

To connect to a computer running EOS Utility requires a USB cable. You also need to ensure that WiFi/NFC is disabled in the SETUP menu 1.
