Since it is impossibe to download videos from the camera to the phone through the camera connect app, I have been trying to connect my Canon 2000D to my laptop, to download my videos on there.. but the problem I ran into is that i can't connect the camera through wifi and it won't connect with the cable either.. It doesnt show up on the computer or the eos utility app when connected using the cable (neither does it using the wifi). And yes, I did turn off auto power off and wifi when trying to conect using the cable.
