Was your camera exposed to a laser, perhaps in a show? Looks like sensor damage.

If it is sensor damage due to laser the only remedy is sensor replacement.
You would need to send it to Canon or an independent repair shop.
You can buy an "excellent" condition used body from Keh for about $500, so use that as reference when evaluating overall repair cost.

Yes I was shooting at a party and then that happened lots of lights

If it is damaged by laser, then you may still be able to use it if you only shoot in raw format and use RawTherapee. There is a bad pixel list you can create for the bad pixels.

Tutorial in how to use the bad pixel list.
This will just hide the bad pixels and not solve the real issue, but you may find it useful.
